How do I request a refund or return? +
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Call us at 888-277-8854 or email support@cleansediet-healthyliving.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We'll email it within 24–48 hours. For full details, visit our Return Policy.
What will appear on my credit card or bank statement? +
Your charge will appear as Cleanse Diet Healthy Living or a similar descriptor. If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us at 888-277-8854 before disputing it with your bank — we can look it up and resolve it quickly.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com/track. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Total estimated time: 3–7 business days from order date.
I have a billing problem or want to dispute a charge — what should I do? +
